Week One

I haven't been feeling well the past few days. So I stayed home today. Nothing serious, just a cough that likes to flare up right before I got to bed! I'm sitting here eating some roasted chick peas which is actually delish. It kind of reminds me of french fries, a little crunchy and a little mushy. With some spices on them. Well while I'm eating my healthy snack, I can happily say that in my first week I am 5 1/2 pounds lighter then I was last week! :) Granted it's always easy in the beginning to be excited and hung-ho. So time will only tell.
